Layout of furniture for all spaces including living room, bedroom, kitchen, etc. keeping in mind functionality and maximum utilization of space.
CONCEPTUAL PRESENTATION
Preparation of mood boards and conceptual presentations including specifications for colours, textures and materials as per clients requirements.
3D MODEL
Making and providing of physical models of the projects for visualizing of spaces including detailed interior models and cross-sectional models with interior details and layout.
3D RENDERINGS
Providing high quality 3D renderings and visualization of the project for ease of clients including static images, dynamic walkthroughs, interactive Virtual reality renderings, etc.
DOCUMENTATION

Architecture Service
Conceptual Plan
Preparation of the conceptual layout plans as per clients requirements and making modifications in the design.
Furniture Layout
Preparation of the furniture layout plan of all the spaces once the design gets finalized.
Submission drawing
Preparation of the Sanction Drawing according to the national and local building by-laws in an appropriate format including organization and uploading of documents and drawings on the various authority portals.
Working Details
Preparation of working plans, elevation, sections along with staircase, toilets, kitchen, door windows, and other miscellaneous details.
Structural Details
Preparation of column layout, column schedule, footing or foundation details, plinth beam, slab-beam details, and other miscellaneous structure details.

Preparation of Electrical drawings, Plumbing drawing, HVAC drawing.
Site Supervision
Supervising the work on-site and periodically inspecting the work on-site as per drawings provided.
Completion Drawing
Preparation of Completion drawings on the basis of as-built drawings of the structure along with organizing and uploading of documents and drawings on various authority portals.
